Dress like a Cow

Well it was that time of year again!!!! Dress like a Cow and get a free meal! I was so there. Liam loves dressings like a cow and he loves Chik Fil A! This year we decided to go big and conquer lunch and dinner. So we headed to Chick Fil A for lunch. We went with the Gibbins. There was no group shot. We were to busy trying to get in line before the bus load of kids unloaded.

This was out lunch photo! Look at my sweet cows!

So for dinner, we talked Seamus into joining us. However, this meant I needed to make him a cow shirt. It was lots of fun to see Seamus dressed as a cow. I think I have managed to talk him into attending every year too!
Eli and Seamus with matching hats!
Even Aunt Blaire joined us after work. Too bad she can't eat anything. But we did enjoy having her.

This guy loves fries. In fact this guy will eat anything.

At dinner the Gibbins and Matheny's were also in attendance but again no pictures. They were settling down for dinner as we were leaving. It was great fun again! I am excited for next year!

Fort Hood, Texas and the Glenn's

We were super excited that our long time friends, the Glenn's moved to Fort  Hood. That means they are only two hours away! Our boys are close in age and love playing together! So over the 4th of July weekend, I took the boys to see them. Chris had some tests coming up so he was able to study uninterrupted. The drive up there was good. I was hoping Eli would nap the entire time but that did not happen. Liam did awesome. No movies for us. We jammed out to pandora Disney! He loved it. Our fisrt night in we went to a little BBQ and then visited with Stephanie, Sean and Family. Even Rich Sanchez was there. I was super excited to see them all. It was a Family Medicine reunion minus a few peeps!

Eli and Robyn enjoyed the dog crate. Robyn was quite the little mother to my Eli. Eli didn't seem to mind. In fact he loved all the one on one attention!

Eli found this toy and loved it!

These boys loved playing together. Lego Batman was a hit!

Silly faces.

Eli all tuckered out!

Liam and Tyler loved to wrestle and play with these chairs. They made forts and played hard.

Lots of fun had by these boys!

Gavie Gav!!!! Gavin was torn between playing with the big boys or playing with Eli. It was hard for him. He wanted to be big!

So Seam made his famous from scratch homemade strawberry short cake!!!! AMAZING!!!! I loved it!

Lots more wrestling.

The boys made smilie face pizzas for dinner one night. Do you see how much they love each other?!

We don't have any pictures but we took the boys to the movies late one night. Liam thought it was the best. Our movie didn't even start until 740pm. If you know anything about me and the boys, I am pretty stick with their 7pm bed time. So this was a real treat for Liam. He loved the popcorn and snacks.

Liam loved hanging with his friend Tyler. He asks daily when can we go back. I am so happy that they are so close to us. I see lots of trips in our future. I love that we have such amazing friends close by!

Seaworld in Pictures

We love Seaworld. We are super blessed to have passes and friends that have passes. We love going to Seaworld. It does take some planning and prepping on my part but it is worth it! Liam loves everything about it! He loves the water, the shows, and the animals!

Eli hanging out in the stroller trying to stay cool!

Liam loved this water slide. He would go up the and down over and over again!

Eli loved the Count and Telle Monster!

He loved the Count so much, he even let the Count hold him.

One day Liam decided he needed to wear his hat backwards. He looked so big to me!

Liam on the Shamu roller coaster. I swear he did this roller coaster 50 times that day.

Going up!!!!

He loved it so much. He would get off and then get right back on!

So far our favorite show is Azul!!! Liam loves all the jumping dolphins!

Random June Pictures

After our big giant traveling trip, we returned home to settle back into our routine. We sure missed daddy! We didn't do too much and just worked on settling in. Here are some pictures from June.

I babysat one day. Eli and Cooper are a month apart and love to play! They are so darn cute.

Liam and Eli playing. I love the sound of my boys laughing and playing together.

Liam woke up one morning, came down the stairs and announce "Look mom! Snakey is bitting me!"

Look who started standing up and cursing around stuff!

He is one hot mess when eating!

Eli as Baby Thor! So darn cute.  (this is actually from July, Sorry)

Nashville Zoo

So Robert was sad that we didn't take him to the science museum with us. So we made sure to take him to the zoo with us. Liam was excited to go to yet another zoo. I had heard good things about this zoo and was excited to try it out. It was super nice. Liam loved all the animals. He even loved that Robert was willing to put him on his shoulders from time to time. We got to see some animals that we don't have at our zoo. I swear one day Liam is going to be a zoo keeper. I mean is already a zoo keeper to all the 50 million stuffed animals he owns.

I know it is hard to see but Liam and Carolina are in the tunnel in the Meerkats exhibit.

These goats at the petting zoo were fighting each other for the entire time we were in there.

Eli having fun!

Liam wanted to ride the carousal.

Eli snacked his way through the zoo. He loved the beer bread I made for Robert and Carolina!

Liam petting and brushing a goat.

Liam and a meerkat!

Liam got this rubber snake that he named Snakey. He was nice enough to let Eli chew on it for a bit.

Look at that happy boy!

After a fun filled day at the zoo, Carolina and Robert took us to A&W for a root beer freeze. Amazing. I completely enjoyed it. We all had a great time at the zoo. We are excited to go back and visit again and maybe we can take the new baby Kidwell with us to the zoo!

Horses and Chicken

Robert's stepdad has some horses and chickens. So one day while Carolina was at work we ventured on up there. It was really nice. Liam was a little shy at first with the horses but he slowly warmed up. Eli just wanted out of the carrier but that did not happen. Liam was most in love with their dog Sugar. Sugar just sat on the front porch while Liam petted her.

Liam feeding one of the horses.

Robert had to help Liam keep his hand still for the horse.

Once Liam figured it out he had lots of fun feeding all the horses.

Robert even got on of the rosters for Liam to pet.

Petting the horses.

Liam and Robert feeding the apples to the rosters.

Liam had a great time with the chickens and rosters. He saw lots of baby chicks too. It was impossible to get their picture. Those baby chicks are fast. After we left, we traveled to this newly renovated park. It was amazing. Eli fell asleep while Liam played. The play area was great. We enjoyed a great day with friends and animals!

Nashville Adventure Science Museum

Carolina and I planned a morning at the Science Adventure Center. It was great because they offered a preschool program as we got in early with Liam and Eli. It was amazing. Eli loved crawling around on the floor. Liam found his way through mazes and all sorts of other things.

Eli loved playing and crawling.

Eli also loved this electric ball. Carolina was nice enough to take Eli there over and over again.

Liam liked pulling on the rope. It moved the car up and down.

Eli, Liam and Carolina in the planetarium. We enjoyed the show. Liam loved all the stars we learned about.

Liam loved the 5 story play area!

crossing the rope bridge.

They had this amazing place where you can use a wheelchair. Liam was super excited to try it out Since Larkin has one.

Going up was much harder for Liam than he thought.

Liam and I at the top of the play area.

Fire pole!

This place was amazing! We had so much fun. I wish we had one here in San Antonio. I guess this means we will have to visit again soon. I am so glad I had Carolina with me. She was a great help with Eli. This made for some wonderful memories! Thanks again Carolina!
